*sometime later at night on Duel Academy island, after even the nurses and security keeping watch at the infirmary are gone, someone enters the place, hood up, going up to the bed the Ancient Fairy Dragon has been confined to for the past... while.*

Just a delivery boy. *he takes out a tied up cloth package, and a gourd*
For the Ancient Fairy Dragon.

If it works, I want to know who I owe, you know? It means alot to me."
She glances down at Diana, mouth curling a bit.
"And what the catch is. It's not like I'm not going to agree. But stuff like this always has a catch, and I'd like to not be blindsided by it. I'm getting REAL tired of being blindsided."

I'm a Signer. If you ask her about the Black-Winged Dragon, she might bother to remember them. *he rolls back down the sleeve*
Here's the "catch" though, since you insist on it: She needs to do her job. The ones I got this cure from, the Shinobirds, are well aware of how she's been neglecting her work. This illness alone is giving risk to unspeakable horrors getting released from the Dragons' bindings, and it was caused by her ignoring her responsibilities.
If she doesn't fulfill her duty, there'll be consequences, even past the immediate retaliation the Shinobirds will give.

I'll wonder about why the hell there's a signer who isn't bothering to show their face later. They don't seem to be super keen on being pressed and gift horses.
"...Done. You can talk to her about it, if this wakes her up and you want to. Thank you very much, mystery Signer. I'm sort of familiar with this, with Diana being my girlfriend, but. Is there anything I can do for you, not related to a dragon saying 'good job?'"
no subject
I'm not going to stop you from having a relationship with her, but I won't be happy if she falls ill once more, especially since no one else figured out any way to help her.
I'm not going to make a second trek.
*his uncovered mouth is making a grimace, as though from a bad memory, as he opens up the pouch and gets out the fern leaves and roots and berries, and produces a bowl and grinding implement from somewhere under his cloak. he grinds them together, and pours them into the gourd. Sealing it, and mixing it. Before handing it to you.*
Here. Have her drink it.

She smiles broadly, before she tilts the gourd up to AFD's mouth.

::She slowly drinks it, weakly, straining herself to do so, sipping small sips. Her eyes seem pretty dull. Even duller than a Masumi would be comfortable with.::
no subject
She'll probably need time to recover from this. So just let the medicine do it's work.

She crosses her legs and leans back, reopening her book of poetry.
"Have a good rest of the night, mister hero."
no subject
*he doesn't seem to know how to handle being called a hero, but whatever. He slips away and out of the infirmary.
god, what a secretive fellow he is.*

::Faintly whispers::
... Shinobirds...

She turns slightly, leaning in.
no subject
... don't... anything...
::Rolls over on her side, exhausted and drifts back to sleep.::
